Scope of Work: The Project comprises of Construction and Maintenance of 282 Social Apartments units (Package 2) in Al Madina Al Shamaliya Island 12 Plots 02 & 30, Budaiya, and Kingdom of Bahrain. The scope of works include Ground Improvement works (Piling and Earth work), Concrete Structural Framing, Block work, Wood work, Aluminium & glazing works, Metal works, Roofing, Architectural Finishes and all necessary Electro-Mechanical works, Lifts, Hard and Soft Landscaping works etc.
